You may use this form up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure to modify your reservation or to re-print your e-ticket. Within 2 hours of departure, please contact Vamoose Bus customer service at (212) 695-6766.
Please enter your reservation number exactly as it appears on your confirmation (including all dashes), and use the same email address that you provided when you booked the reservation.

If you are certain that the values are correct, than the travel time of this reservation is probably in the past or too close.
