Your bus service by far is one of the best means of traveling that I have ever experienced, and I travel quite a bit (planes, trains, buses).
Your staff, on all three stops, NY, MD & VA are continually courteous and customer service skilled. Your buses are clean and comfortable and the efficiency by which your drivers get us to and from safe and sound makes this the best way to travel.
My family, friends and I truly appreciate your whole service and hope that you continue for a good long time.

Vamoose! Thanks for the great service you offer. I took a trip from VA to NY and vice versa, it was great, no problems at all. If someone is looking for feedback on Vamoose Bus service here, all I can say is AMAZING! Better than any other bus service I've ever used.

I recently returned from a trip to New York using the Vamoose Bus and I have to say I was very impressed with the service.
I am in a wheelchair and that usually makes travel complicated. But not so with the Vamoose bus service and their support team including reservations, support team taking care of luggage and getting me onto the bus, and the drivers. Everyone combined to make my trip easy. I was well taken care of and felt safe the entire trip.
I would recommend the Vamoose bus for travel to anyone who has a disability - well - for anyone actually.

I have to say Vamoose has the best customer service and they are always on time and the staff is wonderful, specially Mr. Cooper, Mr. Malik, Mr. Anderson and Mr. Joe. Always greeting everyone with a smile and a thank you.

I just rescheduled a Vamoose bus trip to NYC for tomorrow. What an easy and efficient reservation system, in the first place, and then I goofed on the time so I called to reschedule and that also took very little time.

I have taken many buses back and forth to NYC and Vamoose is the fastest, most organized and most convenient of the bunch.
I've been taking the Vamoose bus for months but just had the good sense to sign up for a membership recently, and only noticed today that Vamoose gives rewards points for the reservations made prior to signing up for a membership! I am amazed by the fairness of this. After entering the reservation numbers from my past trips, I earned enough points to take my next trip for free! No other bus does this, and I am so grateful. These kinds of thoughtful, ethical things make me feel like a valued customer. I cannot say enough about Vamoose today!

I've been taking Vamoose bus for a few years now, since learning about it by word of mouth on another commuting service.
I think the bus service itself is great on time, clean, polite, and good drivers. What impresses me even more is the customer service team. I called once having trouble making a reservation and the clerk took int upon herself to ask me if I were a repeat customer and that I migh qualify for discount. I got a free round trip ticket! Very few services are offer such service - and friendly!

Several years ago I was planning a trip to go to New York City with a friend with whom I've traveled the world. I had heard great things about Vamoose Bus. I made reservations and called my friend. She was shocked when I told her I had decided against the train. "We're going by bus?????" she said.
That weekend we had a wonderful trip to New York and when we returned she told me she would never go to New York City any other way but Vamoose Bus. The buses were clean, the drivers made the trip safely and confidently and were really nice to boot. They also got us there and back on time. Since that time I've made many trips via Vamoose and have told lots of friends and patients about the company.
This past Winter, my eighty-six year old mother and I made a weekend trip to Connecticut to visit relatives. We took Vamoose Bus to New York, a train to Connecticut and then rented a car to go the rest of the way. On the way back partly given our long journey and the cold weather, I was concerned about my mother having to wait outside for the bus. We arrived and I mentioned something about my concerns to a kind man who it turned out was the owner of Vamoose Bus company. He told me to go into a little cafe with my mother and that all would be taken care of.
When our bus arrived, Vamoose staff came into the cafe where we sitting. They carefully took all our bags and told us to relax and that they would be back for us. Our bags now securely stowed in the luggage compartment, they returned for us twenty minutes later, patiently helping my mom and me get settled in the front seats of the bus. Then they had everyone in line board the bus. This thoughtful gesture made all the difference to my mother and me. When we exited the bus in Bethesda, Maryland, we were shown the same consideration and my mom was helped down from the bus.
I just cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. In fact, I'm using it this weekend to go to New York. I LOVE Vamoose!

I come to DC from NY every single weekend, and it was by far the smoothest, cleanest, most amazing ride I have taken yet to and from NYC. I have used your bus company several times for travel between VA and NYC and have been pleased. However, this last trip I encountered 3 wonderful men who provided exceptional service to me. I am not sure of their names but 2 of them (I think Alexa and Darnell are their names) worked on the evening of February 4 at 8pm. and were located outdoors at the NYC stop near the Starbucks. After missing my bus, I became worried as I arrived at the bus stop and no bus was present. I quickly spotted them and they assured me that I would be OK and made me feel safe and secure in the city and ensured that I would be able to get back to VA on the next bus. They talked and joked with me, had wonderful personalities and boasted about loving their jobs. The only issue that I had with one of the men was that he was rooting for the NY Giants for the Superbowl (LOL!) Please let him know that although the Patriots lost this year, it won't happen again!
Finally the bus driver was just as kind to me. He ensured that I got back to VA safe and sound after having missed the 7:00 bus that I was supposed to take. I've used several bus companies in the past for travel but continue to return to Vamoose because of service such as this. I thank you for employing such professional, caring and, responsible employees. Because of them, I will continue to recommend Vamoose as the BEST way to travel between NY and VA.

We love your bus service. My spouse is disabled and it is difficult for us to travel to visit our children. Your attendants are great and help us on and off the bus. We can't stand in line and they allow us to sit in Bethesda on the bench and inside at the Bagel Maven in NYC. We love the chairs, outlets and internet access.

Four of us rode the Vamoose from Bethesda to NYC and back in December. Coming back to Bethesda, we arrived at Penn Station stop at 6:15 pm. Our reservation was at 7:00 pm. We were allowed to get on the 6:30 pm bus which brought us back to Bethesda @ 10:30 pm instead of 11:00pm. The ride was perfect. The bathrooms were very clean and modern for a bus bathroom. The price is right.
I've been singing the praises of Vamoose ever since. This was our first trip on Vamoose. I will definitely ride Vamoose in the future.

I am writing to thank you for the continued stellar customer service we received in traveling with your company. Both occasions in which I have used Vamoose I have had friendly & over-the-top wonderful customer service. Sadly this is a fairly uncommon these days so I felt compelled to write after yesterday's experience.
I was once again blown away by your companies efforts to please their customer. In missing our 2 o'clock bus yesterday, we were in a panic as we had to get back before 7 pm. All three reps who I spoke with over the phone were very encouraging and calm and the gentlemen at the Penn Station pick-up location could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. We were on the next bus from NYC and without grief or additional fees.
Thank you again & rest assure I will continue to use & recommend your company in the future.

I just wanted to thank you for making my Thanksgiving travels easy and safe.
On my way back to NYC, I accidentally booked a 7am bus for Sunday. I meant to book for Monday morning. I showed up Monday morning and there was no bus there. I called your hotline number and within 2 minutes, I was switched free-of-charge to an 8am bus.
Thank you for helping me, thank you for not charging me, thank you for making my life a little bit easier and happier!
